Pharrell Williams In Negotiation To Perform At Princess Diana Tribute

Rapper Pharrell Williams is in negotiations to take part in a massive concert to commemorate the 10th anniversary of the death of Princess Diana. The charity concert is being planned by Princes William and Harry, and will take place at the new Wembley Stadium on July 1, Princess Diana’s 46th birthday, various London newspapers reported today (Nov. 26). Artists like Madonna, Beyonce, The Killers, Kylie Minogue, George Michael and Elton John are also being considered by the Princes, who are handpicking each act. Over 90,000 fans will gather for the concert at the new Wembley Stadium, which is due to open in May of 2007. The concert will also be broadcast to fans worldwide. Prince Charles married Princess Diana in 1981. She became world famous for her charity work and her rocky marriage to Prince Charles, the father of Prince William, 24 and Prince Harry, 22. The royal marriage came to an end in 1992 and finally divorce, in 1996. In August of 1997, Princess Diana was killed in a mysterious car crash along with her billionaire boyfriend Dodi Fayed and his chauffeur.
